Are you a results-driven marketing professional with experience in campaign execution, digital advertising, and strategic planning? Have you worked in an advertising agency, digital marketing role, or as a managing consultant and are looking to transition into a high-impact industry? Evrima, a clinical trial participant recruitment organisation, is looking for a Patient Recruitment Manager to take ownership of designing and executing high-performance patient recruitment campaigns for clinical trials. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in setting up and running paid and organic marketing campaigns, including social media, search advertising, community outreach, and offline channels. You’ll work directly with biotech, pharmaceutical, and clinical research clients to develop strategies, manage budgets, track performance, and ensure recruitment goals are met. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and have a passion for data-driven decision-making, project management, and stakeholder engagement, we want to hear from you! As a Patient Recruitment Manager at Evrima, you will: Plan, set up, and execute patient recruitment campaigns across digital and offline channels. Develop and manage advertising strategies, leveraging paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, display ads etc) and organic marketing to drive participant engagement. Optimize digital ad performance, using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and tracking tools to ensure recruitment goals are met cost-effectively. Manage relationships with clients (biotechs, pharma, CROs, and research sites), communicating recruitment strategies, deliverables and timelines and providing strategic guidance on patient recruitment challenges. Oversee budgets, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring campaigns remain within scope and deliver measurable and effective results. Analyze marketing data and recruitment metrics, adjusting campaigns in real-time to maximize conversion rates and reduce cost-per-patient-recruited. Explore and integrate offline marketing tactics, including GP/pharmacy networks, patient advocacy groups, and community outreach. Lead and mentor junior recruitment associates, providing guidance on best practices in campaign execution and client communication. The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or patient recruitment—ideally in an advertising agency, CRO, or consultancy. Proven experience in setting up and running paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising. Strong understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimization. Experience in project management, including handling budgets, reporting, and performance tracking. Ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies to improve ROI. Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong ability to present insights and recommendations. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges. Experience working in clinical trial recruitment, healthcare marketing, or regulated industries (preferred but not required). If you are interested in this position, apply today with a current resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you feel you're a good fit for the role.
