The role is accountable for WCHN patient incident, adverse investigation and mortality review systems. Key Responsibilities: Management of complex databases, ensuring the integrity of data, organisational analysis of content and provision of reports Committee administrative support Developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive administration processes Support new managers and staff to navigate the patient incident system through assisting in the development of information resources.
