Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work closely with the HR, Training, Rehabilitation and Production departments delivering a high level of customer service and strong attention to detail. Training will be provided to ensure your success with the Payroll and HR systems. Your key responsibilities will include: Input of time and attendance information into the payroll and HR systems Daily analysis and input of timesheet data for weekly pay runs for approximately 900 employees Creation and processing of employee files, from new starters to terminations Handling employee issues including queries, employee verifications, etc. Coordination of information to head office payroll including electronic and paper file Monitor and manage payroll queries as required About You Previous experience within a similar Payroll/Accounts/HR/Administrative position Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and high levels of data entry accuracy Ability to prioritise and multi-task Previous experience working with payroll or HR systems advantageous.
