People & Culture Coordinator Part Time At The Shoe Group - Spendless Shoes, we’re all about making every step amazing—for our customers and our team. Right now, we’re on the lookout for a People & Culture Coordinator to help keep our team supported and thriving. This opportunity may suit a HR Uni Graduate or someone looking for a great work/life balance. The Role: This part-time position (16hrs, Mon – Thurs) is all about ensuring our team members’ employment journey is smooth and seamless. You’ll be the go-to person for People & Culture administration, working closely with Payroll and Retail Operations to make sure everything runs like clockwork. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing status changes for our store team members, support centre, and distribution centre Supporting new team members with onboarding and probationary reviews Ensuring visa requirements and parental leave documentation are up to date Keeping our HR system (Dayforce) accurate and organised Reviewing and improving processes to make things easier for our teams Assisting with workers' compensation administration and compliance What We’re Looking For: Sharp attention to detail—you spot the little things that make a big difference Problem-solving skills—you love finding solutions Self-motivation—you take charge and get things done Strong time management—you can juggle multiple tasks with ease A natural relationship-builder—you love working with people A passion for customer service—you’re all about creating amazing experiences Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in HR administration or coordination Retail experience (we love a background in stores!)
