As the P&C Program Manager, you play a central role in overseeing the framework and governance for driving successful delivery of our non-BAU programs, including strategic projects, process improvement initiatives, systems and data road map and communications. Key Deliverables would be: Enhancing people experience, capability and P&C process maturity through fit-for-purpose solutions, Digital transformation for efficient and simplified processes and accurate data, Creating a strategic framework that provides strong structure, governance, stakeholder engagement/communication and risk-mitigation, and Ensuring Annual plans are in place, enabling project KPIs, milestones and outcomes to be monitored, reported on and delivered. This will be achieved through strong collaboration and partnering within People & Culture, primarily P&C leaders and project leads, to develop support materials, advice on appropriate tools and governance, monitoring and reporting on progress and the development of stakeholder plans and communications. Further, the successful candidate will: Oversee successful delivery of P&C’s strategic program of work Facilitate P&C planning processes for reviewing and alignment of the people strategy and program of work Manage, monitor and report progress against the holistic program of work, ensuring efforts are aligned against priorities and the P&C function is well supported to achieve its objectives Partnering to develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans for key stakeholder groups Partnering with project leads to ensure effective project scope, project plans, change and communication plans, milestones, KPI’s and reporting are in place Oversee an aligned roadmap for P&C systems transformation and integration Oversee and report on a process improvement plan to uplift maturity and clarity of key P&C processes Facilitate meetings and advisory group/s or committees to support program success Flexible work arrangements such as hybrid work from home / office and 9 day fortnight will be considered for this role. About you Your skills and experience will include: Sound understanding across all elements of P&C and their inter-dependencies Demonstrated success in overseeing and managing strategic and improvement programs, including across HRIS and data maturity-building Extensive knowledge across project management, change management and process improvement tools, methodologies and life-cycles, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment Strong stakeholder engagement planning, partnering and relationship management Strategic-level verbal and written communication skills and plans to inspire, educate, proactively engage and foster collaboration across our programs of work Demonstrated research, analytical, problem solving and writing skills, along with high attention to detail Ability to facilitate planning sessions, workshops and committees and execute actions and deliverables Strong P&C change management and project leadership capability, including digital transformation to support growth and diversification strategies Demonstrated understanding of/experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and HRIS’s (ideally Workday) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Accreditations across project, change and/or process improvement methodologies and tools As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants will be required to hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance to baseline level or have the ability to gain one.
