Client & Location Information: Join a dynamic team in Cairns, situated close to the City centre within a suburban shopping centre. This role offers you the chance to be part of an award-winning brand known for its innovative approach and strong support network. Job Specification: As the Pharmacist Dispensary Manager, you will oversee the dispensary operations at two stores, working alongside a team of 9 Pharmacists. Your responsibilities will include general pharmacist duties, people management, rostering, and managing the holiday roster. You will benefit from the support of involved owners and excellent Store Managers at each site. Create your own roster. Skills Required: Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA Experience with Minfos computer system and robotic dispensing Strong people management and organisational skills Ability to manage high script trade and oversee a large team Salary & Benefits: $60/hr plus superannuation (negotiable).
