We offer significant heavy lift and transport capability based on an owned-and-operated heavy crane fleet and specialist equipment. Supported by a specialist team in the heavy lift department, we can engineer, plan, and execute large-scale lifting and transport projects in Australia. Due to exponential growth, we are seeking a motivated and positive Planning & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in the Vic Park office on an 8:6 roster (Wed-Wed).Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include: Full-time position within a high-performing team Immediate start, with a competitive salary Some site travel to various WA and interstate locations (optional) Career progression opportunities Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule all bookings for Labour and Cranes, Transport, and Specialised Equipment across all project, shutdown, and maintenance works Maintain rosters for all full-time and casual blue-collar employees across various sites Lead and coordinate personnel and equipment plans for major shutdowns Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain new and existing project plans Provide advice, direction, and support to mobilisation staff for all maintenance, shutdown, and project work scopes Assist with personnel and equipment forecasting Work with various teams to improve and develop new systems and processes Provide technical support to internal recruitment staff for all blue-collar roles Liaise with the maintenance department for weekly repairs, servicing, and breakdown planning What you’ll bring: Experience within the crane & transport industry, highly desirable Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment High attention to detail Can-do attitude, willingness to work well within a team Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Critical thinking and problem-solving ability with a solution-focused mindset Experience with all MS Office programs and scheduling software Life at Monadelphous: There’s lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events, and so much more.
