About the Role: Microsoft Power Apps Architect with a proven track record of at least 5+ years to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Should possess knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create robust, scalable applications that meet our business needs. Responsible for mentoring and training junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team. Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, ensuring best practices and business requirements are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design coherent solution strategies, and ensure alignment with the organization's goals. Develop complex canvas and model-driven applications that integrate with various data sources. Lead and oversee the deployment of Power Apps solutions, including integration with existing systems and data migration activities. Maintain and ensure high performance of all Power Platform applications, providing support and troubleshooting as needed. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application design and architecture. Act as a subject matter expert in the Power Platform, staying abreast of the latest updates and features. Foster a collaborative environment and encourage knowledge sharing among team members.
