As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Machinery Pre Delivery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the key liaison between the Sales, Service & Parts departments, ensuring that the build of machinery is done accurately and efficiently, meeting all customer specifications. As a Machinery Pre Delivery Coordinator at STM Trucks & Machinery, you will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of both the Sales, Service & Parts teams to ensure that the machinery build process runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will be to make sure that customer orders are built to specification, on time, and meet the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Service Coordination: Act as the point of contact between the Sales and Service teams, ensuring customer orders and specifications are accurately communicated and understood by all teams. Machine Build Oversight: Monitor and ensure that the machinery build process is completed correctly, efficiently, and within the given timeframe. Collaborate with all teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the build. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the finished machinery meets customer specifications, and the high standards set by STM Trucks & Machinery. Customer Communication: Keep Sales Representatives informed on the progress of their machine build, ensuring they are updated on timelines, changes, or any other key details. Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues between the Sales, Service & Parts teams, ensuring that the machine is built to the highest quality standards and according to the customer's needs. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of the build process, customer specifications, and any changes, ensuring transparency and accurate reporting to management. Time Management: Coordinate with all teams to ensure that machine builds are completed within the scheduled timelines and deliveries happen as planned. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in machinery coordination, sales, or service management, ideally within the heavy equipment or machinery sector. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively between internal teams and with customers. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure that all machine builds meet customer specifications and quality standards. Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly address and resolve issues that may arise during the machine build process. Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that deadlines are met. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of machinery and the machine build process is a plus.
