The Principal Advisor Program Management (Construction) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing compliance programs within Compliance Field Services. This position plays a crucial role in developing processes, tools, and templates to support program activities, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based compliance programs, reporting program outcomes, and managing communications for compliance campaigns in the construction industry sector.The incumbent will lead a team to identify target populations, develop audit tools and checklists, conduct capability analysis, provide training and support, evaluate programs and communicate program results to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Include: Liaise with and provide support to the POS Leadership Team in the identification, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of compliance programs in the construction sector. Identify and manage effective stakeholder relationships to ensure stakeholder and client expectations are achieved. Work closely with other members of the unit to foster an innovative and proactive culture that is responsive to changing needs and circumstances as evidenced by continuous improvement in the development and delivery of compliance services. Lead the development of processes, tools, and templates to support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based compliance programs. Oversee the delivery of compliance initiatives, encompassing the identification of target populations, creation of audit tools and checklists, capability analysis, and provision of training and support. Ensure that compliance programs adhere to organisational goals, regulatory mandates, and industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint target populations in the construction sector for compliance programs based on risk assessments and organisational priorities. Establish reporting mechanisms to track the progress and effectiveness of compliance programs. Prepare briefing notes, regular reports and presentations to communicate program outcomes, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management. Analyse data and trends to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making. Develop communication strategies and plans to promote awareness of compliance programs in the construction sector and engage stakeholders effectively. Our workforce needs to be able to respond quickly to new and emerging priorities. You may be required to undertake alternative duties or work in alternative locations on a temporary or permanent basis to support service delivery.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
