Division: Financial Performance & Investments Location: Parramatta, NSW, AU, 2150 Procurement Administrative Officer – NSW Trustee and Guardian Ongoing full-time. 35 hours per week. Location: Parramatta and Sydney CBD. Flexible and hybrid working options available. Clerk Grade: 5/6 Level. Base salary $97,027 p.a. to $107,059 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading. About the team The Financial Performance and Investments division provides a full range of financial services including budgeting, procurement, customer accounts and investment management services. About the role The Procurement Administrative Officer provides a broad range of procurement administrative services and leverages extensive business unit knowledge to support NSWTG’s program of work and facilitate the delivery of business requirements. This is an exciting opportunity that will see you: Respond to and resolve complex enquiries and issues promptly and accurately. Manage records and databases, ensuring information is accurate, stored correctly, and accessible. Coordinate tender administration services, including publishing tenders and addendums. Maintain the NSWTG Contract Register, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance. Develop and monitor office systems and procedures to facilitate efficient operations. Prepare documentation and reports on NSWTG spend and Divisional performance, and recommend improvements. Coordinate responses to other Government agencies, including NSW Treasury and NSW Procurement. If you have a strong background in procurement administration and are passionate about supporting effective procurement outcomes, we would love to hear from you! Application is encouraged if you demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience: Demonstrated experience in administration role with experience MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Sound communication skills and ability to work with a diverse stakeholder group. Experience working in an administrative role managing competing priorities. Several years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in a procurement field.
