Randstad is partnering to recruit a Procurement & Contracts Officer for a full-time permanent opportunity. Key Responsibilities Fostering collaboration among procurement and key stakeholders including but not limited to waste management, civil engineering, energy & utilities, and property maintenance, to align objectives and achieve procurement outcomes. End-to-end procurement execution & contract management across goods, services & capital works. Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, supporting both existing supplier panel members and new suppliers. Working closely with stakeholders on sourcing and contracts to ensure successful project delivery. Analyse and report supplier performance, spending, supply chain risks, and contracts management activities to identify areas for improvement. Procurement experience in the public sector or a complex commercial organisation. Relevant tertiary qualifications in procurement, supply chain, contracts management, or a related field. Accredited CIPS certification or currently working toward will be highly regarded. You will be a progressive individual with an analytical mindset, dedicated to delivering solutions for internal stakeholders and the wider community. You will operate with a high level of integrity, ensuring alignment to procurement guidelines and probity requirements. You will be a collaborative professional, with demonstrated experience in partnering with your internal customers in order to achieve a common goal and service the community.
