Job Description

ZIMMERMANN has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Producer to join our Marketing Team. This role will lead the planning, execution, and coordination of our global and regional events, such as boutique openings and brand activations. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Organize and oversee global brand events, creating experiences that elevate Zimmermann's brand presence. Coordinate regional events for boutique openings, tailoring concepts to resonate with local audiences while maintaining the brand’s identity. Develop and manage detailed project timelines and action plans for all events. Ensure seamless coordination and execution across internal teams and external vendors. Own and manage event budgets, ensuring all financial aspects align with project goals and brand expectations. Source, brief, and manage global and local agencies, suppliers, and vendors. Oversee contracts and service agreements, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to standard. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including design, marketing, PR, and retail teams, to align event goals with broader brand strategies. Act as the main point of contact for external partners and key stakeholders during event planning and execution. Develop post-event evaluations, capturing key learnings and feedback to refine future events. What you will bring to the role: Minimum 8 years of experience in events management, ideally within the luxury fashion, lifestyle, or related industries. Proven track record of managing high-profile global events, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple complex timelines and deliverables. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in budget management and negotiating contracts. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and brand positioning. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail. Flexibility to travel internationally as needed. Why work with us?
