Our client is a leading Sydney-based conference and events company, who are looking for a Senior Events Producer to join their growing team. About the Role As an Events Producer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, content-driven conferences. This involves conducting in-depth industry research, securing high-profile speakers, and managing the end-to-end content production for each event. The role requires a strong understanding of industry trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Conduct extensive market research to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities within various industries Develop compelling conference agendas that attract senior-level speakers and attendees Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, thought leaders, and potential speakers Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of events Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure each event runs smoothly and achieves commercial success What We’re Looking For Proven experience in conference production, event content development, or a related field Strong research and analytical skills to identify relevant industry topics and speakers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines A proactive and commercially minded approach to event development This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-impact conferences.
