About the role: Working in our new state of the art site, in the role of Production Supervisor - Afternoon Shift (2pm - 10pm) , this role will be for a contract of 12 months where you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, cost effective and efficient production of finished goods through leading and directing the team leader and operations team. Your skill for coaching and fostering the growth of your team will be instrumental in achieving these objectives. This role will also coordinate day to day production processes (starting in the corn line) and problem solve issues by supporting other functions to ensure schedules are maintained and the required and agreed KPIs are met. This role will engage in VSU (vertical start up) initiatives to ensure seamless coordination of the production area. What you’ll bring to the role: Ideally 2+ years of proven relevant Supervisor experience Experience in FMCG in an IWS environment highly advantageous Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs & processes Exceptional organisational, time management and planning skills High levels of integrity and accountability Develop a motivated and effective workforce through the implementation of effective coaching and mentoring strategies What can you expect in return?
