About the Opportunity As part of the operating model changes, we have centralised change management across the enterprise under our People & Culture team to help strengthen the capability. We are seeking a dynamic Program Change Lead for our Asset Management Transformation Program. Whilst part of our People and Culture team this role is embedded within the Asset Strategy and Insights team in the Asset Management & Operations (AM&O) department, playing a crucial role in helping AM&O achieve their objectives. The Program Change Lead will develop the Change Management Approach and be responsible for integrating and coordinating change activities, managing complex enterprise and cross-project stakeholder needs, and ensuring dynamic program requirements are understood and effectively communicated. In addition to providing tactical change management delivery on specific projects, the Program Change Lead will perform overarching program-level functions. This role is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with a knack for coordination and communication who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done. Key Role Objectives Develop the program's change management approach considering strategic direction, operational factors, scope of change, related projects, and impacted groups. Create and manage change management activities and artefacts, including stakeholder register, change impact assessments, communication plans, sponsor roadmap, and more. Develop regular program communications with key stakeholders. Ensure consistency in program project communications. Contribute to the implementation and transition plans for all program projects. Collaborate with Program Manager, Project Sponsor, and leadership to deliver core activities. Secure adequate budget for change management and transition activities. Provide program and project information and analysis to enterprise change reporting platforms. Minimum Qualifications Degree in Management, Change Management or related discipline or skills and knowledge gained through experience. Proven experience in a similar role, managing change within large, complex programs. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
