Job Description The Role Adelaide PHN in collaboration with Country SA PHN, are delivering the FDSV Pilot program to build the capacity of primary health care providers to better recognise, respond to, and coordinate referrals for victim-survivors of family, domestic, sexual violence and child sexual abuse. The pilot program model has undergone extensive design with community, primary health care, and FDSV stakeholders. The FDSV Team, comprising of members from Adelaide PHN and Country SA PHN are now in the process of commissioning service providers to deliver the model. The Program Lead - FDSV Pilot will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of the Pilot program, working closely with all FDSV Pilot Team members to progress the program and support the priorities of the partnership. This role will see you develop and manage key stakeholder relationships, support integration of the Pilot into local service systems, manage coordination and facilitation of program activity and lead this important Pilot program for South Australia. The position is contracted through to 30/06/2027, and is offered as full-time, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day per week post induction and training. Desired Skills and Experience About You Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health-related field (e.g public/allied health, health/allied science). Extensive experience in the family, domestic, sexual violence sector project management and delivery. Demonstrated ability and skills in project and/or management, including project planning, execution (e.g., management of outputs and outcome) and project management methodologies. Strategic, analytical, problem solving and planning skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships and create harmonious working relationships.
