Program Manager – Community Inclusion Program Outcare is a leading provider of reintegration and justice services in Western Australia. The Program: The Community Inclusion program plays a pivotal role in supporting individuals with complex needs and criminal histories. We work alongside NDIS-funded participants, including those currently incarcerated and preparing for release, to help them reintegrate, increase autonomy, and participate actively and safely in the community. The Role: Reporting to the Executive Manager, this senior leadership position oversees our Community Inclusion Program and holds responsibility over delivering a sustainable, quality service aligned with NDIS standards while maintaining our employee’s wellbeing. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will generate stakeholder engagement, have ownership of the program budget and contribute toward our strategic initiatives. As the Program Manager, you'll also be responsible for: Writing and embedding policy and process Participating in strategic initiatives Coaching a diverse high achieving team, supporting a culture of continuous learning and development Excel in managing community services, ensuring compliance while optimizing outcomes for all stakeholders Maintaining collaborative and productive working relationships with key stakeholders Managing the program’s finances to maximise sustainability What you will need: To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of NDIS frameworks, and the ability to navigate complex services effectively, bringing your team along for a shared vision. We are seeking someone with the following: A tertiary qualification in a relevant community or management discipline, or at least 3 years’ experience in a similar/relevant role Proven experience managing services based on participant’s needs and their NDIS plan, including budgeting, monitoring plan utilisation, and ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines Proven team management experience with a therapeutic leadership style that creates safety, clear expectations and creativity High-level proficiency in the use of technology including Microsoft Office - email, Word and Excel Experience with financial reporting and budget management Report writing skills Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating remote-working teams. Experience supporting people with disabilities and complex needs, including those with involvement in the criminal justice system.
