Job description: $106,700 per annum + superannuation Full Time, 12 month fixed term position Geelong (Hybrid working model – 3 days per week in the office) Come and join our Return to Work Innovations (RTWI) team and help support key return to work initiatives, innovations and pilots. Purpose As the Program and Engagement Advisor, you will play a key role in providing support to the Senior Manager – Governance and Planning to ensure the effective delivery of the RTWI program including oversight of our business and engagement activities. This role will have responsibility for supporting RTWI obligations including governance, program delivery & performance and stakeholder presentations. The development of effective business automation solutions to ensure our business processes are contemporary, user friendly and streamlined to maximise productivity, is also a key focus. Key Responsibilities: Undertake program management and governance support responsibilities, including scheduling and tracking of program priorities against project plans and engaging with stakeholders. Develop and implement a comprehensive Stakeholder Engagement Plan and Log that identifies ongoing relationships and partnerships with external stakeholders. Manage all incoming and outgoing communications through the team’s enquiry channels including coordinating and tracking responses referred to other members of the RTWI Division. Anticipate, identify and manage stakeholder issues, risks and opportunities, providing proactive and reactive advice and support. Provide high level, confidential coordination support to senior/executive program members and wider team in the delivery of a broad range of initiatives. About you You will be comfortable working with ambiguity and have the ability to deliver within a dynamic and fast-paced changing environment. As someone who is proactive with strong initiative, you will also have a keen willingness to learn and support innovation. With strong administrative and relationship building skills, you will have a strong sense of purpose in supporting the delivery of key objectives. You will also possess: Demonstrated ability to work within and monitor defined frameworks and methodologies, ensuring good governance and adherence to process. Experience in developing contemporary processes, reports and workflows via Microsoft software. Experience in developing presentations to effectively communicate via visual storytelling. Advanced computer skills including SharePoint, Presentation programs and digital solutions. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or previous experience in a similar role with strong administrative, governance or project management accountabilities.
