ABOUT THE ROLE This is a unique role where you will be responsible for leading and managing the risk, quality, and progress of several major technology-focused projects which include an HRIS system rollout and Salesforce extension. You will work to organisational standards and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within the agreed scope. Post-implementation you will also help lead change management activities supporting technology adoption helping to implement communication plans, conduct impact assessments and provide training to staff. This role will be best suited to someone who has proven experience as a project and change manager delivering HRIS, ERP/CRM or enterprise software implementations. Ideally, you will have previous experience working in enterprise environments delivering large-scale projects. The role is based out at Maitland and is a 12 month daily rate contract. FUNCTIONS THE ROLE WILL PERFORM INCLUDE: Lead and manage project planning, budget, and governance to deliver critical, highly complex and/or large projects and the achievement of expected benefits. Evaluate project feasibility including business requirements, forecasting, and planning for the realisation of anticipated benefits and ensure project scope is aligned with business priorities. Manage teams to ensure project outcomes are achieved, projects are integrated, available resources are optimised, and methodologies, systems, tools, processes, and policy guidelines are applied consistently. Ensure that business and technology risks are appropriately identified, managed, and reported. Develop and implement project management plans to ensure the success of the project. Lead the process for the deployment and integration of new digital capabilities into the business. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans (including communications, engagement, and training) that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance. ABOUT YOU: Postgraduate qualifications and/or certifications in Project Management, Change Management, Agile, or ITIL, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Prosci. Demonstrated experience in project management, in particular in the delivery of large, complex technology-focused programs. Exceptional leadership and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, stakeholders and vendors. Proven ability to lead, manage, motivate, and develop technical teams, in order to achieve project outcomes. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
