Be part of a large-scale, long-term joint venture between Seymour Whyte and Jacobs, awarded by Sydney Water as an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) project. The Upper South Creek Network will feature new wastewater pumping stations and gravity carriers, with the first work stage beginning before the year's end. About the role: Prepare, manage and update the Program Internal Communications Plan. Implement the plan components and support the Program Leadership Team. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal communication channels and deliverables. Manage the Program SharePoint, liaising with various departments to ensure consistent and appropriate sharing of information and messaging. Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify communication needs and support Program milestones. Support preparation, coordinate, review and manage all Program wide internal communications, including newsletters, ad hoc communications, reports, communications to executive leadership, the program team, and Sydney Water. The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience: Degree qualification in communications, public relations, marketing or significant experience in a similar role. At least five years’ experience working at project site level preferably on major civil construction. Well-developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills. General Construction Induction (White) card. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Current C-Class Driver’s License.
