We provide opportunities for students and residents to Thrive! The Role As a Project Delivery Consultant, you'll lead end-to-end multiple StarRez projects. Your role includes providing expertise and consulting on StarRez software solutions, housing industry knowledge, and designing solutions based on customer business requirements. Role Specifics Work Location: Melbourne, Hybrid Travel: up to 30% a year Reporting Structure: Reports to the APAC Projects Team Lead What You Will Own Successful management of multiple concurrent StarRez projects and related activities Prepare and conduct professional training and consulting sessions (Onsite and Remote) Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing subject matter and business process consultations Work with customers and StarRez teams to design integration of StarRez software with other systems Perform project activities and provide expertise and project management to the project team Provide subject matter expertise and direction to the Sales/Community Relations team Understand and interpret customer requirements and actual late record specification details Central stakeholder management between StarRez and the client Respond to internal and external requests in a timely and professional manner Liaise with all internal teams to ensure work is done within the scope and on schedule Create and maintain project schedules and project documentation Ensure that internal processes and systems are accurately kept up to date Regularly report to the team manager or project manager and escalate issues as required Represent the company at industry events, with occasional travel required (up to 30%) Required Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently and as a part of a team Detail oriented with an understanding of the importance of producing project documents Ability to successfully build strong relationships with all stakeholders High level of productivity and ability to manage competing priorities Ability to prioritise tasks and set, manage, and meet deadlines Clear communication of complex subjects to stakeholders with varying levels of competency Ability to provide resolution and/or escalation of customer concerns in a timely fashion Ability to understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully both internally and externally Interest in effective technological solutions and a desire/ability to learn about a variety of technological concepts Ability to think logically and analytically to provide solutions to a variety of challenges Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of practical work experience in application support or technology-related project roles 1+ years of experience training individuals and groups on software applications Proficiency in modern software solutions Good knowledge of Internet applications, technologies, networks, and security Technical aptitude to contribute and offer technology insight Reasons to join our Team You will be part of a vibrant and supportive culture, with weekly team lunches.
