Part time or Full Time Opportunities available Barangaroo with relocation to Randwick (approximately September, 2025) 2 Year Fixed Term Contract Hybrid working environment (2 days per week in the office) Pro-Rata Salary Range of $114k to $126k Base (dependent on experience, skills and capabilities) plus 11.5% Superannuation + Smart Salary Packaging Benefit The Opportunity: We are seeking a Clinical Trials Project Manager who will be responsible for the operational development, oversight, conduct and completion of clinical trial research projects. Our successful candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management, problem solving skills and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles, ethical and regulatory requirements, and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities and Duties: The Project Manager will maintain effective professional relationships with the internal project team, investigators, internal and external stakeholders, and vendors. The Project Manager will provide clear guidance to the project team on project specific deliverables. Skills, Knowledge and Experience/ Our Successful Candidate: Tertiary qualifications in a related science or healthcare discipline, with at least 3 years of experience managing complex drug intervention clinical trials. Excellent knowledge of research and project management principles, ICH/GCP, ethical and regulatory requirements, and experience in managing NHMRC/MRFF budgets. Proven project delivery and management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide and develop others. Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organisational priorities and ambiguous environments. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to understand and manage priorities. Ability to work independently, as well as awareness of when to escalate issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Ability to travel (for interstate and global projects only). Flexibility to work non-standard hours of work for collaboration and contact with global teams based on requirements of the position. Leadership/ Team Management: Describe your ability and experience leading multidisciplinary teams fostering collaboration, communication, mentoring and training of team members.
