Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial plastering and carpentry, with extensive knowledge of plastering trades. This role is crucial for managing our high-end commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee commercial fit-out projects including walls, ceilings, bulkheads, trims, doors, frames, skirtings, and external cladding/soffits. Lead a crew of 10 employees and coordinate with two sets of contractors. Work closely with our estimator, admin, and accounts team. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Handle seismic design, rondo designs, and technical framing design issues. Install as per manufacturer guidelines, finding cost-effective solutions. Occasionally assist on-site to ensure proper decision-making and problem-solving. Requirements Skills and experience we are looking for: Proven experience in commercial plastering and carpentry. Strong knowledge of plastering trades and technical framing design. Ability to manage large projects or multiple smaller projects independently. Experience with seismic design and rondo designs is essential . Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely using a laptop. Strong leadership and team management skills.
