As a key member of our Program Performance Advisory team, you’ll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of Defence projects, delving deep into their challenges to co-create solutions that help shape the future. In this role, you will have responsibility for the development, design and delivery of packages of large Defence facilities and infrastructure projects. We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world's economic development and, it's the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life'. Manage work programmes to ensure that they are delivered to client expectations, timeframes, and specifications. Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements. Support multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling and risk management. Report to the Portfolio Lead on status, progress and completion of projects. What can you bring to the team? To be successful in this position you will ideally have: Between 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management. Excellent communication skills, including attention to detail in your writing. A desire to work in a dynamic team that is focused on delivering the highest quality outcomes for clients. Demonstrated experience engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. A relevant tertiary qualification or experience. Be an Australian Citizen and eligible for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
