Responsible for selling the Identity Access Management / SecurID Identity suite of products and services (Authentication, Access & Governance & Lifecycle), they will develop relationships with end-users of organizations and be the continued trusted advisor around all things Identity. Join us as a Business Development Manager on our Enterprise Sales team in Australia to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. Key Responsibilities: Win New Logo business to attain financial objectives. Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements. Grow the territory to attain financial objectives and win new business. Manage account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams and channel resources to ensure alignment across the organizations. Lead sales process and utilize all available resources to win new business. In-depth oral, written and presentation communication skills to interact with C-Level execs, staff, vendors, partners and customers. Regularly engage with decision makers at customer facilities in performing primary duties. Provide sales leadership and experience on large direct and channel driven opportunities. 12 to 15 years of experience selling technology solutions in Australia & New Zealand. Selling IAM experience is a requirement. Solid track record driving revenue in enterprise accounts in Australia as well as proven new logo acquisition skills. Proven ability in closing large deals within the IT/Security sector - >$150k and achieving million-dollar revenue targets. Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems. Strong communication, collaboration and executive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior management. Cybersecurity selling experience. Successful track record selling in IDAM space.
