Motivate and nurture our high-performing team to develop their skills and career and surpass revenue budgets. What are we looking for? Proven track record successfully leading a recruitment/ sales team (ideally 10+) Tech savvy, solutions focused Solid recruitment agency experience Modern leadership approach and philosophy, high EQ, geared toward upcoming generations of recruiters What will you be doing? Motivating, leading & inspiring the high performing Real Estate recruitment team while nurturing a ‘can do’ culture and winning attitude; Assisting Regional Directors to source and onboard new talent; Leading sales meetings and managing the team(s) to an agreed revenue budget; Placing candidates in roles on an established hot desk; Proactively manage team members' professional development, growth, and performance identifying any potential problems in advance; Working in partnership with group services to improve compliance and operational excellence; Identifying training needs of team and team members and delivering effective, aligned training sessions.
