We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who will play a crucial role in coordinating and implementing risk maturity strategies and work health and safety practices across motor claims operations. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain up-to-date documentation of business activities related to risk and control enhancements .- Generate reports and assess performance on ongoing initiatives.- Identify and assess potential risks to inform proactive planning.- Collaborate with various teams to conduct risk assessments and build detailed action plans.- Organise and facilitate workshops to raise awareness and document key controls.- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, including but not limited to Code of Practice and WH&S requirements.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates and collaborative support. Requirements: - You must have prior experience working in a similar position - ideally 3+ years of experience within the Finance or Insurance industry.- Proven track record in stakeholder management within a fast-paced environment focused on delivery.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in preparing board papers and reports.- Strong analytical and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.- Demonstrated understanding of legislative, regulatory, and compliance obligations within the FSR environment.
