About the role We are seeking an experienced Reporting and Analytics Lead to join the Projects SERQA Team. We are seeking someone with extensive experience providing easily accessible data that will provide insights to support the wider Projects Division. This role will help identify current business trends that will support decision making and identify new opportunities for process improvement for the Client and Executive team. This is a full time, max term opportunity until June 2026 , based out of Collins Street office. Key Responsibilities Manage the development and implementation of reporting frameworks and systems for the Portfolios across the Projects Division to provide insights on improvements and outcomes from each portfolio. Contribute to the development of the strategic plan for the Projects SERQA team to ensure that all requirements and priorities are aligned regarding reporting and systems. Oversee and manage the delivery of reporting frameworks to deliver data and insights and consolidate information into easily understood reports for stakeholders across the business. Develop tools to model project and portfolio scenarios to inform business decisions including status reports based on portfolio requirements. Administer and develop MTM Projects electronic reporting system/s. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification. Accredited Microsoft Power Apps practitioner with significant knowledge and experience in using the Apps. Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and ability. Ability to communicate with influence with a range of stakeholders across the business to ensure engagement and build relationships across the portfolios. Ability to distil complex information from various sources and present it so stakeholders can easily understand and use the information to inform business planning and decisions. Strong experience developing and implementing reporting frameworks across businesses and stakeholders with varying needs. Demonstrated knowledge of Reporting and Analytics best practice.
