About the role Join the team at Noosa Harbour Resort as a full-time Resort Receptionist/Front Office Manager. This role is based in the vibrant coastal town of Noosa Heads, Queensland. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of the front office. What you'll be doing Providing a warm and professional welcome to all guests Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly Maintaining accurate guest records and handling all financial transactions Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Implementing and adhering to company policies and procedures Contributing to the overall success and growth of the resort Directing Trades and Maintenance staff to any repairs necessary Launching and Packing away non-motorised watercraft Helping with any other issue that may arise. What we're looking for Experience in a similar front office or reception role within the hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficient in using hotel management software, especially Resly A friendly, professional, and adaptable approach to handling a variety of tasks and guest requests What we offer At Noosa Harbour Resort, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
