In this role, you'll: Join the iconic Sydney Metro Project within the Property & Place Division where you will manage and undertake the leasing of retail shops.Drive vibrant precinct activation outcomes via retail shop fitouts along operating lines and is responsible for delivery of retail leasing outcomes and coordination for the organisation.Develop, plan and manage a retail leasing strategy to deliver a prioritised approach with consideration to maximising and increasing revenue from retail real estate assets.Oversee and manage the negotiation of leasing terms and conditions with a range of internal and external stakeholders.Oversee third party suppliers managing tenancy design and delivery.Act as key interface between relevant external stakeholders and the rail operator to promote proactive stakeholder engagement, identify issues and facilitate problem resolution.Produce monthly reports and other summary reporting in a timely manner to identify issues for discussion and resolution. This is a temporary opportunity up to 24-months in duration. The remuneration is within the AWARD Grade 9 Band ($147k to $166k + Super + Flex Leave + Leave Loading). About you Experience in retail leasing in an environment with multiple stakeholders with competing interests in their individual outcome deliverables.Tertiary education in relevant discipline or demonstrated relevant professional experience.
