In this role, you'll oversee the timely and accurate management of patient accounts, ensuring all chargeable services are identified, billed, and recorded in line with financial policies and legislative requirements. You'll work closely with clinical teams, providing guidance and training to enhance revenue generation efforts. From debt management to end-of-month reporting, your day will involve a mix of administrative duties, problem-solving, and strategic collaboration to identify new revenue opportunities.
