Revenue and Rates Executive - Central Apartment Group - Albion To be successful in this role: A proven track record in accommodation revenue and rates, showcasing strong organisational and time skills. Collaborative team player with exceptional relationship-building abilities. The knowledge required to work closely with our in-house marketing department. Adept at translating data and market trends into actionable strategies. Channel management experience, with an understanding of major OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb). Experienced in rates management: Ability to analyse rate structures, identify market trends, and align strategies with marketing campaigns for maximum ROI. Comprehensive understanding of market segments to maximise RevPar. Adaptable to frequent rate adjustments across multiple properties. Proficiency in RMS, Levart and Lighthouse is preferable. Strong Excel skills and reporting abilities to analyse and present performance data. Valid Australian work visa. This is a head office-based role in Albion, Brisbane. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, able to multi-task, and have great time management skills.
