With a strong focus on excellent customer service, the Roster Support Officer will be part of a central Workforce Planning Team with a key responsibility to: Coordinate the day to day scheduling of staff for sites, including sick leave, personal leave and emergency replacement or backfilling requirements Maintain master rosters for sites, in accordance with established timeframes, in conjunction with the Planning Manager and Manager on site About You: The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce planning, payroll, customer service or rostering, preferably in the aged or health care sectors.
