With streamlined systems, structured processes, and strong support from an experienced Department Head and a collaborative team, you will be responsible for:Managing a portfolio of 180 properties Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants Overseeing repairs and maintenance with efficiency Managing arrears and ensuring timely payments Handling general administrative duties as needed You’ll also have the support of a dedicated Property Officer to assist with routine inspections, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service.About You: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
