SERVICES ORIENTATED MANAGER & RECRUITMENT GURU – F/T, MARYBOROUGH QLD Make a positive difference in developing and optimising HR services and systems for a leading Fraser Coast company Annual salary package in the range of $85-$110K (based on exp.) plus phone/laptop & uniform. Flexible work hours work 40 hours a week and earn a rostered day off every fourth week, providing 13 RDO’s a year! You also get the option of three weeks leave over Christmas/New Year. About the role: Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside a supportive and collaborative management team, playing an integral role in building our capability in a very competitive labour market. To be successful in this role you will need: Prior experience and proven success in a similar or related role Demonstrated experience in effectively managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and relevant industrial/regulatory compliance A tertiary degree in Business/HR or similar is advantageous. Demonstrated achievement in development, optimisation, implementation and change management of HR processes, systems and software High level knowledge and proven success in leading all aspects of recruitment and retention, with demonstrated examples of forward planning, innovative ideas and practices A genuine interest in people and a proven track record in leading, coaching and inspiring individuals to achieve success. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated by a track record of pro-active action planning and innovation to meet regulatory requirements, audit compliance and achievement of business requirements and goals. A history of reaching targeted time-frames and prioritizing well, under pressure. Demonstrated ability to gather information, make intelligent decisions, assess risk and present information effectively. Excellent range of communication practices and skills, with a history of collaborating with a range of stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes. A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, building capability and embedding safety into the culture.
