We’re looking to employ a full-time permanent Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Manager to foster an integrated approach to SHEQ management in delivering on legal, contractual and business requirements. What you’ll be doing: Manage the implementation of SHEQ Management Plans across contracts, ensuring compliance with legislation, safety standards, and frameworks. Manage one direct report and provide support and guidance relating to all SHEQ matters. Lead investigations into safety incidents and recommend actions to leadership. Ensure communication and compliance with SHEQ policies, promoting a safety-first culture. Oversee employee rehabilitation and Return to Work planning. Ensure risk assessments and registers are maintained per company requirements. Develop and deliver safety training, including inductions, toolboxes, and ad hoc sessions. Report statistical data to senior leadership and track contract performance. About you: Demonstrated people management experience. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and a positive team culture. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment are essential.
