Sales Administration and Order Processing Datanet is looking for a dedicated team member to join our national team and help process and manage customer orders across Australia. As part of a dynamic and supportive team, you’ll have the chance to grow your skills while working with corporate and government clients, ensuring they receive the level of service they expect from us. About the Role: Based in our Adelaide office, you’ll be working directly with the sales team, handling various administrative tasks with precision. You’ll manage the entire purchasing process, including overseas shipments, and navigate today's challenging delivery schedules. This is a diverse and rewarding role. Responsibilities: Manage order processing and administration, including sales orders and basic quotations Handle day-to-day order fulfilment tasks and customer communications Coordinate purchase orders (both local and international), delivery, and freight arrangements, updating customers on their ETA Open cartons to receipt and ship goods from our Adelaide CBD office (96 Gilbert Street) What We Offer: On-site parking at our Adelaide CBD office A rewarding and challenging role with room for growth A friendly and supportive team environment Permanent, long-term role in a well-established Australian company About Datanet: Datanet is an Australian-owned SME providing innovative IT solutions to some of Australia's largest companies. The Ideal Candidate: At least 2 years of previous experience in processing customer orders Understanding of order processing, including local courier bookings Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated and able to work independently This role is located at our Adelaide office and is not a work-from-home position.
