What The Role Involves Work with a mix of new and existing customers, so must be comfortable chasing new opportunities while adding value to current customers. Provide regular updates on your sales activity and competitor movements. Have a strong sales background, enabling you to handle objections confidently and spot secondary opportunities to increase sales. Build strong relationships and sell based on value. Handle the scoping and quoting of work and deliver on campaigns and internal leads. WHAT’S ON OFFER: Competitive salary based on skills and experience. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: A genuine hunger to grow sales, manage existing accounts and consistently exceed targets. B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial, technical, or solution-based sales. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Experience in quoting, scoping, and delivering customised solutions. Able to work autonomously, but also collaborate with the team. Organised and detail-focused, with strong record-keeping and reporting skills. Excellent communication skills. A strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile when needed.
