AccountGlobal: Delivering outsourced accounting solutions to accounting firms and large corporations across Australia. Brokers BackOffice: Specializing in outsourced loan processing support for residential and commercial mortgage brokers. Flexible Work Arrangement: Flexible Work Hours - Only 6 hours per day from 2 AM to 8 AM SAST. Work-from-home setup - The candidate must have their own laptop and stable internet connection and must agree to the use of remote monitoring tools to track productivity. Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven professional with an accounting background and strong sales expertise to help grow our brands. This role is ideal for an accounting graduate or professional who understands financial services and has a passion for business development, lead generation, and client acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Engagement: Conduct telemarketing and cold calling to generate new leads. Expand our client network and drive business growth. Engage potential clients, understand their financial needs, and offer tailored solutions. Organize and lead marketing webinars and deliver presentations (via Zoom and in-person). Coordinate virtual seminars to showcase our services. Collaboration & Growth Strategy: Work closely with onshore and offshore teams to drive sales efforts. Develop and implement business development strategies. Monitor competitor strategies to identify market trends and opportunities. CRM & Lead Management: Manage and update CRM systems (PipeDrive preferred) to track leads and follow-ups. Set and monitor sales performance goals to measure success. Who We're Looking For: Accounting background (degree preferred) with 2-3 years experience preferred along with a passion for sales and business growth. Strong telemarketing experience, including cold calling and client conversion. Experience conducting meetings via Google Meet, Zoom, etc. Excellent business acumen and sales-driven mindset.
