The Role: As the Sales Manager / Business Leader, Finance Broking , you will be at the heart of the team, leading Finance Brokers and Broker Support Officers. Your mission? To ensure that Locale Homes and Locale Wealth are delivering exceptional service and growth at every level. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and optimising a team that’s focused on smashing growth targets. Your role will also include identifying revenue-generating opportunities, building powerful sales funnels, and nurturing clients from their first home to long-term wealth creation. You'll manage financial systems, streamline processes, and drive team performance to meet KPIs—all while being obsessed with continual improvement and achieving greater results. You’ll also work closely with senior leadership to ensure financial strategies align with business objectives. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading the Team : Recruit, train, and optimise the performance of the Broker & Broker Support teams to exceed company KPIs and financial targets. Scaling for Growth : Be a key player in driving the expansion of the finance division, meeting business goals, and developing a high-performing team that delivers on all fronts. Collaborative Leadership : Work closely with the Group Managing Director and leadership team to ensure that financial strategies align with sales goals and the bigger picture. Problem Solving & Development : Offer guidance to Brokers on complex deals and continually upskill the team for future growth. Optimising Processes : Own the execution of property finance deals, ensuring swift communication and quick action to meet deadlines. Risk Management : Spot and mitigate financial risks before they cause delays or complications. Data-Driven Insights : Produce actionable reports on finance division performance and drive continuous improvements. Team Support : Build a high-energy, collaborative environment, ensuring smooth internal communication and seamless cross-team collaboration.
