Job Title: Sales Manager (Manpower Solutions – Logistics & Warehouse) Reference ID: 36270 Our client, a Japanese-listed logistics company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (Manpower Solutions for Logistics & Warehouse) to oversee site operations and drive sales growth. This role reports directly to the headquarters in Japan.Working Sites: Senoko & Pioneer 【 Responsibilities 】 Drive sales performance through effective client engagement and relationship management. Oversee on-site operations, ensuring safety compliance and efficiency. Coordinate and manage manpower operations within customers' factories alongside partner company employees. Act as the key liaison between partner companies and factory representatives to ensure seamless operations. Identify growth opportunities and drive sales for the forwarding business.
