We are excited to be hiring for a Sales Planning & Project Specialist to join our team at Richlands, QLD. You'll play a critical role in REMONDIS' growth and performance nationally by supporting the National C&I Manager on national sales initiatives and projects, in alignment with REMONDIS Australia’s growth strategy. What you'll love The newly created Sales Planning & Project Specialist role is responsible for supporting the National Sales Manager – C&I, partnering with sales leadership to drive strategic sales planning and execution across our commercial and industrial waste management services. You’ll play a pivotal role in building strategic relationships, aligning cross-functional teams, overseeing initiatives/projects and ensuring profitable sales growth outcomes for the business. Coming from a project management/project delivery background, you will have the opportunity to work in a high visibility role partnering with the sales leadership team, engaging varied stakeholders to develop innovative, practical solutions to industry challenges. You will create and implement strategic projects that will improve our sales processes, programs and systems. Key Responsibilities Identify, formulate, implement and manage strategic projects / initiatives that will deliver profitable sales growth outcomes. Work with sales leadership to set annual targets, align sales initiatives with business objectives, and drive execution across key areas. Support the monthly and quarterly sales cycle, analyse results, and implement improvements to optimize revenue and efficiency. Develop targeted sales campaigns, promotions, and service bundles to drive growth in key regions and customer segments. Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes, introduce new service offerings, and improve customer engagement in the waste management sector. Monitor project progress, evaluate success metrics, and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Proactively liaise with key stakeholders (i.e. marketing, branches, management), managing all aspects of the project delivery and ongoing management. Who you are Demonstrated understanding of commercial functions, strategy and the delivery of project outcomes. Demonstrated commercial and business acumen to oversee challenge/opportunity projects. Highly developed interpersonal skills and a proven ability to liaise with and engage multiple stakeholders in the delivery of local / national projects. Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Understanding of technology-driven sales and customer engagement platforms, CRM (desirable).
