The Role - A Day in the Life of Scape’s Salesforce Admin & Technical Analyst: Are you passionate about building great digital experiences and familiar with the Salesforce ecosystem? Do you love working in a high-growth environment and a close-knit team? Join us as our Salesforce Admin and Technical Analyst. We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Admin and Technical Analyst to maintain and optimise our core Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, FSL, Experience). This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce platform covering 400 internal users and ~20,000 residents, supporting our Salesforce platform owner in identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance the user experience. Reporting to the Salesforce Platform Owner, this is an onsite role based at our Sydney HQ office. No two days are the same at Scape, but here’s a taste of what your day could look like: System Administration: Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks. User requests: Support our 400 users and triage tickets to development teams (if required). Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity across our Salesforce ecosystem. Reporting & Dashboards: Design and create reports and dashboards to track key metrics and analyze business performance. Business analysis: Identify and implement process improvements within Salesforce to streamline workflows and increase efficiency, providing detailed user stories to our offshore delivery teams as a technical consultant. Documentation: Oversee technical documentation by the development teams. Here’s what sets you apart: Strong knowledge of core Salesforce features, administration, and automation. Ability to analyse business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Comfortable troubleshooting system issues and optimising processes. Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Understanding of Salesforce security models and compliance requirements. Why you should join us?
