Job Description Are you ready to join a fast-growing technology consultancy and team? NCS Australia is looking for a Senior Account Manager who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, make connections, and build relationships. As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage and grow our key Telecommunication Account. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service will be critical to your success in this role. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions, identify opportunities for account growth, and drive new business development. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role in account management and new business acquisition for a Technology Consultancy or Systems Integrator Experience selling to Telecommunication OR CMT (Communication, Media and Technology) clients.
