You will: Design & Deliver innovative programs that elevate culture, engagement, and leadership across our organisation. Facilitate Impactful Learning —lead interactive leadership and management programs that support behavioural change and genuine improvement. Turn Insights into Action —use feedback from employee listening as a baseline resource to coach and guide leaders towards actions that will drive improvements in culture. Champion Compassionate Leadership —enable managers to lead with empathy, supporting their teams to thrive amidst the challenging emotional and physical demands of Health.
