What's involved – The Senior Advisor Workforce Data & Analytics is a project position which seeks to develop improved workforce data reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making across CWHHS. The position focuses on creating efficient dashboards, analysing workforce trends, and providing actionable insights to CWHHS executives and business units. This role works collaboratively with the Recruitment, Human Resources, and Work Health and Safety Units to enhance workforce planning and performance monitoring. The position requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines with limited supervision. The project end-state will be the development of dashboards, reporting and processes to improve workforce data and analytics in support of business outcomes which can be transitioned to and managed by existing business units.
