Senior Business Analyst - Finance EOFY Process Business Analyst with experience in finance, superannuation, and end-of-financial-year (EOFY) processes. 16th February, 2025 Finance & Superannuation EOFY Specialist – Contract Role Melbourne | 3–6 months | Hybrid Work AvailableWe are hiring on behalf of a leading Superannuation fund based in Melbourne . This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with deep experience in finance, superannuation , and end-of-financial-year (EOFY) processes . If you thrive in high-stakes financial environments , excel in workflow optimisation , and can manage critical deadlines , we want to hear from you!In this role, you’ll support both the Audit and Finance teams during the EOFY process, ensuring seamless coordination between Finance, Audit, and Business teams . Key Responsibilities EOFY & Audit Coordination Own the EOFY process —facilitate external audits, streamline workflows, and ensure critical deadlines are met. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external auditors (PwC) , ensuring smooth data transfers. Coordinate and track the delivery of financial information via JIRA and PwC Connect . Organise and facilitate key meetings between auditors and business units. Finance Operations & Reporting Assist in developing a new reporting framework and SOPs for centralised finance processes. Work with the first-line Risk team to identify gaps in reporting and compliance. Set up and manage a RACI matrix across business units to define roles and responsibilities. Process & Documentation Prepare and present regular status updates using JIRA reports and Confluence dashboards . Maintain and update process guides related to EOFY, audits, and finance workflows. Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency. What We’re Looking For Finance & Superannuation Expertise – Strong background in financial reporting, audit, and regulatory compliance within superannuation.EOFY & Audit Experience – Previous involvement in external audit processes, ideally with firms like PwC.Tech-Savvy & Organised – Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and financial reporting tools .Problem Solver & Communicator – Ability to resolve complex finance and audit queries while coordinating across teams.Deadline-Driven – Strong project management skills to ensure EOFY deliverables are met on time.Why Join This Leading Super Fund?
