Perpetual Digital was founded with a bold strategic vision to leverage PCT's unparalleled experience and expertise as a trustee, custodian, and data services company and transform that capability into a leading Digital SaaS platform business.About the Role The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving digital product initiatives, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and improving operational efficiency within the banking/financial services sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions. Business Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders to gather and document clear, comprehensive business requirements for new digital products or enhancements. Product Roadmap Support: Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features for digital products based on customer needs and business goals. Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analysis to guide decision-making and assess the impact of new product features. Quality Assurance & UAT: Develop and execute test plans for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure that digital products adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements. Documentation & Reporting: Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation for product requirements and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer preferences to help shape digital product development strategies. About You We're looking for someone with: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A certification such as CBAP is a plus. Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital product development. Experience in the Securitisation, Banking, Debt Capital Markets, Funds Management, or online financial platforms. Strong understanding of the financial services industry and familiarity with regulatory frameworks. Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms, and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology. Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer-centric design.
