Our client, a leading financial organisation, is seeking a skilled Senior Digital Business Analyst to support the delivery of a cutting-edge greenfield digital banking project. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes. You will: Gather and document business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders. Facilitate workshops to map user journeys and business processes. Develop workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies. Work closely and collaborate with UI/UX design teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage delivery prioritisation. Use Jira to manage project tasks, backlogs, and sprints. To be successful, your CV should highlight: 5+ years of experience in digital banking or fintech environments. Strong Agile practices, including backlog management and user story creation. Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a digital environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Workflow Automation and Process Mapping (Appian experience highly beneficial). Experience in facilitating workshops and managing cross-functional teams.
